OK guys I'm doing this with another team that I co-lead thought maybe you all would like to join in. If you are too busy to check in daily try to do it at least once a week.
We know that summer brings with it a lot of fun foods some good, some not so good. We all love BBQ's and cookouts. Traveling causes us to eat out often and on the run. This challenge is for us to try to add 3 fruits and veggies (each) to your diet daily. Be creative, summer has so many wonderful fruits and veggies to chose from. Record daily what you have eaten.
Weight Loss Challenge:
We all love to see and rejoice over pounds coming off and we work hard to see the numbers on the scale move in the right direction. That is great but we fail to realize that often we see weight loss from the loss of inches also. This month I would like us to concentrate on our inches. Take your starting numbers (neck, arm, chest, waist, hips and thighs) and measure them weekly to see the inches come off (even if your weight numbers don't) Record them weekly.
Once again if you're not able to check in daily try wkly.
