Something decent I hope I hate summer meals, my husband thinks hamburgers and hotdogs are the only meals he can cook...ugh, yuck! Too much bread and I hate both! emoticon emoticon . When he goes to Africa on Tues. that will change!! emoticon emoticon

I am thoroughly enjoying my food lately! We have switched to whole foods and added more fruit and veggies to our diet. We drink only water and soy milk and we do juicing at least once a day. ( still learning about juicing) cut out all sweet snacks! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Yogurt parfait for breakfast(McDonald's). 1/2 italian calzone with pepper, onions, and 1/2 cup marinara sauce for lunch. Grilled chicken caesar salad with pretzel for dinner. Believe it or not but I stayed within my caloric intake maximum.

Okay, didn't check in yesterday. I had 1 pancake and 3 strips of bacon, no lunch and for dinner I went out with some girlfriends and Ihave pumpkin crusted tilapia, with zucchini, sweet potato and spaghetti squash.

Today I have only had a bowl of oatmeal with cranberries and raisins.

I can control the eating, it's the exercising I can't get motivated to do. This morning I had a cup of oatmeal with coffee, morning snack was a pear with a string of cheese, lunch was lean cuisine chicken pesto flatbread afternoon snack was baby carrots and I'm still working on dinner. Can decide yet.

Okay, I am trying to be better with my eating habits as well. Sometimes I wouldn't eat enough calories and sometimes I would eat to many.

Anyway...breakfast was oatmeal with blueberries then a banana for morning snack. Lunch was roasted chicken with mixed veggies (yellow squash, broccoli, zucchini squash, red pepper, red onion, carrots and a half of cup of black eyed peas. My afternoon snack will be either a apple or a pear then dinner will be baked pork loin (2oz) and either another veggie or small salad. This will all be in my calorie range.

Happy/healthy eating ladies. emoticon

Breakfast: Capn crunch & 1%milk, a few spoonfuls of oatmeal with a piece of toast with coffee.

Lunch: Salad w/ranch dressing a slice of cheese pizza

Dinner: Healthy Choice Chicken Monterey (Yummy) I even eat the broccoli & I hate broccoli

Snacks: Red Vines, raisins, fruit salad

1354 calories

8pm: I may need a half of PB&J with a swig of milk as to not wake up hungry. emoticon

I have the same issue: I LOVE SNACKS!!! But I'm breaking that habit in 2009. Today: Breakfast: Pineapple chunks and cottage cheese, Lunch: Crowder Peas and Cornbread. I have a grapefruit sitting on my desk for snack time and a bottle of water. Pray!!! emoticon

The exercising seems to be an easy feat for me however, the food...Big TROUBLE!!! I want to rid myself of the bad snacks, cakes, sweet tea etc. Today is my new day
Breakfast: tunafish sandwhich
Lunch: baked chicke, greens, black eyed peas, mexican cornbread piece
Not so good but I'm trying... What are you eating today?
