Starting Weght 173 :
1/1/13 169.6 (yesterdays workout) walked dogs 2miles.
1/2/13 167.4 Walked 4 miles. did housework
1/3/13 165.8 Walked 2 miles with dogs. Gym on the treadmill for 45mins.
1/4/13 165.0 Walked 4 miles with dogs. Worked on the patio unpacking and set up.
1/8/13 164.2 Walked 4 miles with dogs. Housework
1/9/13 165 walked 2 miles. over did the food and it shows. no other exercise either.
