Hi everyoneemoticon

My name is Shelley and I am dragging myself into this exercise challenge kicking and screaming: "I don't want too. My knees hurt and I am out of breath when I walk unless I have something to hold on to like..... shopping cart. Do I have too? Can't I just watch what I eat and work up to it? Maybe I will start tomorrow."

This is me on my own. I neeeeeeed this challenge and I need to be accountable DAILY.

My commitment to all of you is I will move this body for a continual 15 mins per day. OK, I said it and I am posting it so everyone out there can see it. NOW I have to do it whether I want to or not!
