Hello Everyone,
It seemed really quiet on this team for a while so I thought that I would add a new challenge. I had posted a few weeks ago that maybe we could have a holiday recipe exchange which was met with some positive replys so I was thinking even one step further.

How about taking an old holiday favorite and seeing how you can rework it and add it to the new healthy lifestyle that we are all trying to life with.

So here is my contribution:

Cranberry Christmas Swirls

1 pkg of light cream cheese
3/4 cup light feta cheese
4-5 finely chopped green onions
1 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
5 large whole wheat tortillas

mix 1st 4 ingredients together and spread evenly over the tortillas. roll up and cut rolls into circles. (Helps if they are chilled first, if not they often squish as you try to cut them.) Yummy appetizers.

The original recipe had full fat cream cheese and feta and white tortillas. A little difference can help a lot.

Enjoy!
