Oh, how my list could be grandiose! :-D
My goals for March are:
Keep working on the Weekend Challenges, and have at least 1 weekend that is 100% success day.
Not stress out about an upcoming dinner party My Guy & I are hosting this month, and to make sure there are plenty of healthy and low-fat or low-carb foods available for the evening.
Weather permitting, go for a walk in our back yard, before the snow starts to weaken and I can't walk on top of it without sinking to my hips.
Try to get at least 1200 cardio minutes. I did it in February, I want to do it again in March. I'm hoping to increase that number to 1500 really soon.
I try hard not to make my goals unattainable, but still keep them challenging. If I repeatedly can't reach a goal I keep stating I want to do, then I get really bummed out.... right up until I readjust the goal so it IS attainable, and work up from there.
Friends are like bras -- close to the heart and there for support.
