65 minute walk with Dave all over the Village, it was sure cold out there, finishing the day with over 6500 steps in.

100 minutes yesterday combination of bike and a long walk. This challenge has given me the mid winter oomph to keep at it! Thanks for sharing your exercise too, it keeps me motivated!!

I was suppose only do my walks yesterday with the boys but with the snow storm ended shovelling for an hour. Later that night I went and shovelled my friends walkway too! My arms are feeling it this morning. Keep on, keeping on!!

Got in a 70 minuted walk with Dave tonight plus did a lot of cleaning, got company coming so gotta clean up...dh has been home for a week now and still hasn't unpacked his bags and I'm tired of cleaning around them...lol Well the superbowl just started and I have to find something else to watch till the half time show. Cardio - got in Day 1 of Week # 1` of a 9 week 5 Km run program. I am NOT a runner..so give me strength. I know my body needs more of a challenge and I am hoping this goal will keep me moving more.

Dave and I chose a different route to walk today, did just over 4 kms and it was beautiful out, did encounter some ice on the road though. Got in 75 minutes of walking in the fresh air and wore poor Dave right out!

20 minute walk with the boys, this was tough because we were just getting in from a 5 hour drive and just wanted to crash. However, after sitting so long the walk got the blood circulating and I felt good about making the choice!

I had to make up yesterday for not being able to do more than 30 minutes on Monday. So yesterday, I excercised for 1 hour on the bike and 2 x 15 minute walks.

Seaglassqueen - this is another excellent challenge. I have made exericise a vital part of my journey to a healthier me. I injured my shoulder 2 months ago (partially dislocated) and am slowly able to do more. I have had to re-vamp the kind of cardio and stop doing the upper body exercises at Curves, but I do try for a min of 30 mins a day.

I did get in 1000 mins last month - so I am up for this challenge for this new Month - February.

I am going to commit to a minimum of 1000 minutes of exercise a month!! For me,that means 50 minutes of exercise a day 5 days a week. My exercise includes indoor resistance bike, running out doors, brisk walk with my 2 dogs and weight lifting. Join me!!

PS- you can accumulate minutes throughout the day
