5 days done, another 31 to go. Another weekend gone and the week days are a lot easier. There are so many activities in the summer that the diet really can get off track easier. Wine is also a weakness. If it wasn't for the calories and becoming an alcoholic I would have some every day. Like my friend says "A day without wine is like a day without sunshine". Have a good day. Ha I did the same on Fri night Gagnonbeach. The plan was that DH and I would enjoy the multicultural food offerings as well as the other stuff, but really there is more available at either farmers' market on an average Saturday. So, I had a falafel and a bubble tea (except they had run out of the tapioca bubbles), no idea what the cal count came too but I suspect not good.
I should really be joining you on this challenge, as eating at night is a weakness and it's easier to control it short-term by being all-or-nothing about it. I have too many excuses: I'm working late, I didn't eat breakfast, I'm on vacation so I'm entitled, I'm not working so I'm bored...I think it's time to bite the bullet.
That's funny. We were in Fredericton on Friday & then to market Saturday morning (wonderful veggies purchased!)plus samosas...they make the best. We spent the afternoon in Moncton at the zoo and finally flaked out in our own beds back in Halifax last night. Ahhh...to be in my own bed!
I tried to be a good eater in those two days. I even brought my juicer machine with me. But it really is difficult when you have to eat out. I could go on and on but I will stop there.

Have done 4 days. I don't care at what time I eat supper as long as I say this is the end of supper. Last night we went to downtown Moncton where there were all the activities of the Junior Track & Field. Amazing entertainment and fireworks. I had A&W for supper (not great) and licorise for dessert (not great again) but I had nothing after which is good for me. A small battle won. Bye Diane
My biggest challenge is night eating. I consume about 400 calories in the evening while watching TV. I will only allow myself some fruits if I haven't had my 5 servings during the day. Good luck to me!
