Check this out! I was trying to plan my grocery shopping online (now that the supermarkets start their specials on Sat. it's that or visit the stores twice in 1 day). The Superstore homepage has something called the "28 day healthy eating challenge". If you go to PC.ca/challenge you can check it out. When you enter your particulars it selects a calorie range for you (1500, 1800, 2100) and then gives you a 4 week eating plan with all your meals laid out, with alternates, a lot like the sparkpeople menu planner (which I use for inspiration only) but all based on stuff we can get here, some recipes included. My teen daughter & I compared notes, we get the same meals but she has bigger servings & different snacks. Anybody else interested in trying this? It doesn't really fit our definition of a challenge but I've posted it in Feb challenge ideas as well so you'd all see it.
