Do you ever get tired of doing the same old workouts? I know I do. So I created this challenge as a way for us all to try something new (weight lifting, cardio, a sport, hiking, yoga, zumba, anything) and to actually stick with it for the month.
Your job is to let us know about a new-to-you exercise and tell us what you enjoy about it, how it has helped you, and if you will keep it in your exercise plan forever or if this was just an interesting experiment.
At the end of the month all who participate will earn a goodie. I am looking forward to seeing how you all stretch your limits.
