I think a great challenge would be to try a new style of exercise. For example I know I would greatly benefit from incorporating some stretching into my workout routine. Another challenge idea I came up with would be to learn some new healthy cooking recipes and try them out. Then we could all share our favorites.

Okay, I'm sure we are all recovered enough from the holidays to kick off a new challenge. This can help us jump-start our weight loss and fitness goals. I want to know what might be a fun, interesting, or motivating challenge for you. Please let me know so we can start a new challenge in February. Remember that it doesn't have to be just weight loss. This challenge can focus on time spent exercising, trying new types of exercises, doing group or family activities to get people active, anything. Please reply to this post with your ideas.
