Lol. Wow, does that ever sound familiar! Cravings can be so hard. When I crave the most, I try and find something just as sweet but with fewer calories. Like maybe chewing gum. Also I have read that when that happens, when you hear food calling your name, its best to just find something to do and in a few minutes you wont even be thinking of those ice cream sandwiches. Good luck, I hope you resisted. But also, it doesn't hurt to have a little reward every now and then. Especially with it being so hot lately!
