Our Thanksgiving dinner is going to be much smaller than the norm (Usually 20-30. This year only 5 of us!) and both my hubby and I want to stay on track by eating healthy and not indulging in "the meal of all meals" in the way we have in the past.
Now, I am registering us for one of these two walks as well...I figure if we do the 5K, we can have a little dessert (though I refuse to make any this year!) if we choose to.
Anyone here interested in joining us?
