Okay well I may be getting a late start- this is my first day- but this is exactly the type of motivation that helps me- so I'm in!

4/14 54 minutes- mostly walking the kids to and from school, but then 1.25 on treadmill too
4/15 25 minutes just walking kids to and from school
4/16 45 minutes, 1.5 mi on treadmill and the morning walk to school and back
4/17 42 minutes walking- including a nice 30 minute walk with hubby- first time we tried leaving the girls at home to do that- it may work...
4/18 50 minutes- all low intensity- just a nice walk with the kids and a bit of Wii
