My family was planning to eat pizza last night, so I saved enough calories throughout the day to eat 2 slices of pepperoni with them. Totally within my calorie range for the day, woohoo!

I went to a church Thanksgiving luncheon and did very well on my choices! I also went to my Son's birthday party and did very well.

I am actually excited. I hit the goal I gave mtself. I wanted to lose 25 pounds by december and I hit it. I have now adjusted to lose more. My husband is being really supportive too. THIS IS A GREAT SITE. emoticon

I am 3.5 pounds away from the 50 pound mark which was my "original" goal when I started in March. But, now I am going to keep plugging along and see where my body wants to go!
