Nov. goal --lose weight to weight of 198.

I am drinking that water---but I am still drinking too many diet colas. I will drink less soda from now on.
I may even WALK in the 5K Race for the Hungry. That would be a big deal for me. I may be healed enough by then--I'll have to ask the DOC.

Good for you MGARREN! That's really a great way to see the results of your efforts is "goaling it". Even though I miss one, i.e., 7 vs 8 glasses of water, I do my best and sometimes there is a road block but I've learned patience. Best wishes on your losses!

I met my first mini goal this weekend, hence the sing along on my blog.

I have dropped 30 pounds this year, most of it since July. My next mini goal is to get back to 180.
......... ......... ooh, brain rush I need to add maintain weight loss to my goal list .......

200 lb 7/13/11 (2nd time around, I'm determined to 'Stick It' this time) {11/6/13 3rd time but now under 200}

180 lb (wedding weight)

160 lb

140 lb (college & met DH weight)

125 (post baby weight, pictured)

Final goal

Maintain achieved weight loss, and physical activity

~ Nothing is better than how Healthy feels. ~

I wanted to go back to the basics of SP this month. Water, daily exercise, and fruits & veggies. These are all essential elements in your weightloss journey!
