I am drinking that water---but I am still drinking too many diet colas. I will drink less soda from now on. I may even WALK in the 5K Race for the Hungry. That would be a big deal for me. I may be healed enough by then--I'll have to ask the DOC.
Good for you MGARREN! That's really a great way to see the results of your efforts is "goaling it". Even though I miss one, i.e., 7 vs 8 glasses of water, I do my best and sometimes there is a road block but I've learned patience. Best wishes on your losses!
