You guys all rock! You did a wonderful job with the month of August!
I hope you all learned how good it feels to acheive your goals and how great it feels to reward someone for achieving their own goals!
This month I would like to focus a little bit more on a accountability. I know that work out a little harder and more often when I have someone making sure I'm doing it. Here's how I would like to do this:
1. Post here DAILY! I'm certainly going to try to get on here during the weekends more often. But I would like to see all of you telling us how you're doing everyday!
2. Leave a comment on a fellow SparkSacramento's SparkPage telling them what you did as far as exercise and nutrition goes.
3. It's cooling down so let's really try to get in at least 1500 minutes this month. I noticed a lot of people struggled with last months goal so let's drop that down a little bit.
In order for this to work we need to all hold each other accountable. Make a commitment in your posts to do a certain amount of exercise or a certain nutrition goal(a daily mini goal). Then be prepared for a scolding if it's not accomplished! Just kidding!
