Well, I didn't start off August well, slept in yesterday instead of getting up early to work out. :-p We did all ride our bikes over to the Fairytale Town party last night...about 10 minutes round trip, hee hee hee. But I did get up and go for a 40-min. walk this morning!

Wow, okay I'll give it my best toward the 1800 minutes! One thing I would like to accomplish in my life is getting back in shape (and of course losing the weight) to get back to hiking and back packing again.
