I'm always up for a good challenge so I'm in I figure sense I have to exercise anyway I might as will make it fun... I will do what I can

I don't think I can do 1 hour a day but I can do 30 minutes a day. Good challenge, Brook!

Well, I didn't start off August well, slept in yesterday instead of getting up early to work out. :-p We did all ride our bikes over to the Fairytale Town party last night...about 10 minutes round trip, hee hee hee. But I did get up and go for a 40-min. walk this morning!

Of course you can, Michelle! For me this is going to take extra logging in and scheduling. But last month I made the 1500 min goal, and 11000 kcal on my heart monitor (I shoot for 7000). Let's go get it DONE!

Wow, okay I'll give it my best toward the 1800 minutes! One thing I would like to accomplish in my life is getting back in shape (and of course losing the weight) to get back to hiking and back packing again.

This month is all about achievement. Every obstacle you overcome and ever little ant hill you climb is an achievement. Make sure you treat them that way.

Our goals for this month are:

1. Achieve the daily goal: I will post daily a simple, small goal for you to achieve in that day.

2. Post one thing you would like to accomplish in your lifetime. Big or small let us know what your ambitions are.

3. Give a fellow SparkSacramentian a Spark Goodie or comment on their SparkPage when they have accomplished a goal no matter how big or small the goal.

4. Complete 1800 minutes of exercise. This is 300 more than last month! We can do it!

We can do this and hope this month is as successful as last month!
