Hi Suzy! Trust me, you would know by now if you were an evil boss, lol! It's not usually a title given to bosses who are simply firm, disciplined, unafraid of making unpopular decisions, etc. It's reserved for the true crazies... the ones whose ONLY consistency is making unreasonable, unrealistic and often downright eccentric/insane demands as though what they are asking is not only completely normal, but standard practice (think Meryl Streep's character in the Devil Wears Prada).

Fortunately, my evil boss isn't my immediate supervisor... whew!! So I guess, "evil executive I assist but don't actually report to, thank goodness!" is probably a better "title". :)
