Do you like having a goal number for the group? Does it motivate you?
To me it's a little discouraging because I see we excelled in some areas, but didn't do well in others.
If a majority of you don't like it or don't really care about it I won't worry about putting in an overall goal for next months goals.
Oh, and I do have next months goals all ready to go. They're a little different, but I think they'll be good for us!
11/17 - 11/24 Goals:
*Exercise daily (C25K, ST, & Cycling)
*Eat a larger breakfast
*Prepare myself for a HEALTHY weekend
