There is too much drama going on around me and all it's doing is causing a world of hurt. Think twice before you get angered by someone. Who are you hurting more? Them or yourself?

There are somethings in this life that are changeable and unchangeable. Change what you can, accept it if you can't change it. I would love to change the amount of freckles I have, but that's an impossiblity! I would love to change my body shape, but that's an impossibility! What I can change is weight and attitude.

Gunnar is a trainer to the stars. He's not only a trainer, but a motivational speaker. I've just begun reading his book G-Force and I already have a renewed sense of motivation and I've finally figured out what I have been doing wrong! I can't wait to finish his book and begin on my journey with all my wheels in motion!

I can't think of how many times I've tried and failed at losing weight. So in my current venture I will think back on those times and remember the mistakes I made so that I can be sure not to make them again. I'm not going to allow my past to let me feel like a failure, instead I will be motivated and aware by remembering my past mistakes.

Think about what effect your exercise has had on you spirit and mind as well as your body. Do you mentally feel in better shape? Less stress? Happier? I know that when I'm exercising I feel better! I'm able to release stress and enjoy life!

When we get off track, many times we (especially me) try to ignore it. By ignoring it, it helps to keep us off track and make it harder to get back into the groove of tracking. Plus, we learn from our mistakes. Acknowledge the mistake, learn from it, and move forward.

I try to live my life with no regrets. I feel that if I were to do ANYTHING different in my life I wouldn't be where I am today. I like who I am today, for the most part. I love the people who surround me and I like where I am headed. I may have screwed up in the past, but who hasn't? And had I not screwed up I wouldn't be where I am!
