Brook, those sound great! The goal of 1200 minutes of cardio is what I have set for myself - perfect! Would this be tracked automatically as a team goal or should we track it like last month? That motivated me a little more, seeing what everyone else was doing.
Fruit and veggies won't be that much of a challenge for me - I usually eat twice that. Especially if I add the fruit only day :)
Water is a great goal, even if we are sick of it, it's something we should strive for.
I like the quote goal, although I am not much of a quote person. However, it would be great to check while feeling down.
