I've thought about this for a couple days and I've come up with what I think a couple of good challenges.
1. Post a quote of your choice a day. It can be motivational, funny, thought provoking, or just because. I'll start a new thread for those posts.
2. A goal of 1200 minutes of cardio. Any cardio counts! That will become part of our team goals.
3. Drink 64 oz. of water. I know you're probably sick of this one, but it is really important for a healthy lifestyle.
4. At least 3 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. 4 is ideal, but I figure 3 is a start.
Those are what I came up with. They're not very exciting, but hopefully they'll motivate you all and keep you on the right path!
11/17 - 11/24 Goals:
*Exercise daily (C25K, ST, & Cycling)
*Eat a larger breakfast
*Prepare myself for a HEALTHY weekend
