Walked 50 more minutes after dinner. May still have to walk around to find my kids (there out playing with some older kids in the campsite somewhere).

2,558 minutes

I hope I won the challenge because I could sure use some Spark people gear, so people stop asking my friends if I had that lap band surgery. i hope you all have a good weekend. Enjoy your Sunday walk.

That's why you were still there last night when I drove by!

Does another 5 hours of walking at the fair count?

If I get to count all of those hours from last week and this one - 14 hours total is another 840 minutes!

I know it's a lot of minutes, and I did not even count those painting minutes. I also round down sometimes. I am off for the summer, so I have lots of time. Also, I have dropped like a whole person in weight, so without that person on my back, I have lots of extra energy. I went for two walks yesterday, both for 75 minutes.

it's currently 2,358..., but I am leaving to meet a friend for a walk in a few minutes, so I will post it again before my trip.

I am going out of town this weekend. I may not be able to log my fitness minutes for Thursday and Friday until next Wednesday because I don't know if I will have Wi fi. Any chance that I can call someone with my minutes for the July challenge?

I walked an hour this morning (about 4 miles). I did about 20 minutes on the Wii fit. Then tonight my sister dragged me on this crazy 8 mile walk which took us about 2 hours and 10 minutes. I am tired tonight.

okay, i did the 80 minute sparkteam walk, 60 minutes of kickboxing, and a 10 minute coach nicole cardio kickboxing workout. those coach nicole workouts are really intense!)

..., but I think if I included it, then then I would be like 10 hours (I scraped paint another 3 hours yesterday) ahead of everyone, and that's no fun. So, even though I am getting a good workout with the house painting, I figure I would leave that one off. I am burning calories, and the reward for that has shown on my scale : )

we'll just all report our minutes at the end of the month. ::smiles::

you can TOTALLY include your housework, girl. seriously! if you are physically exerting yourself, include it! that's burning calories, right? and that's our goal!

i had a rough night at the gym. i was on the elliptical for 20 minutes and then my foot started to hurt so then i hit the weight machines and then my sister called and made me really mad so i lost interest in the weights.)

Hi guys,

Okay,.., so i have been painting the exterior of my house, and this week I have spent about 6-7 hours scraping loose paint. I would usually count that on my fitness minutes because it is very strenuous and there is a category on the tracker for painting, but for the sake of the July challenge, I am leaving that out of my fitness minutes.

Oh...,and are we going by the leaderboards, or do I need to track my minutes here too?
