I been exercising up to 60 minutes a day sometimes. I also break it up throughout the day if I need to.

awesome! Im so proud of you Lari
Ive already done 60mins for the week..hehe..I burned up the arc trainer this morning..
Im down some weight, not sure how much, but Ive lost 11lbs since the first of Jan, so Im EXCITED! My issue is always food, so once I can get my cals under control I can drop the weight. Plus the arc trainer burns TONS of cals in the shortest amount of time.

Yay! We're all doing so good! I got in 45 mins yesterday and today, and was so excited to respond to my Wii My Fitness Coach that the workout was TOO EASY!!! That's progress, baby!

Yesterday I one of my new videos and now my calves are so sore I can barely make it up and down the stairs. I think that cardio one is a bit much for me right now. I'm going to rest today and tomorrow see how I handle the pilates video.

I wasnt able to get in my 30mins yesterday and Ive only squeezed in 15mins thus far today. Work was busy and by the time I was done childcare was closing so I had to get in a quick run. UGH..Hoping I can get at least another 15mins if not more.
But I think the elders are comign by this evening so I dont know..argh

I forgot to get on here yesterday and write down what I did. I did 50 min on my bike and then a little weights.
I just got a few new work out videos from Costco. I wanted to start one today but I didn't make enough time for myself. I'll do it on Monday for sure.

Lari that sounds to me like you gained some muscle and lost some fat..YAY!
Its really hard for me to see the scale go up even if the inches are going down, but I hope your taking this as a victory nonetheless..

I found a conditioning routine by Dr. Oz on the internet (a FB friend of mine swears by Dr. Oz) and it didn't sound too tough - I'M DYING! Feels good, though. Don't know if I'll be able to walk up the stairs tomorrow.
