I used soynaisse, dijon flavoured, instead of mayo, and yoghurt, no fat, instead of sour cream.... skipped sugar

Okay, a couple of you, including me, have been slack and moaning about lack of motivation, time etc...
So here's a challenge I slung together for us... (I combined a couple we did in the past) The winner (the one with the most points at the end of challenge)gets to crow over the rest of us! (and rejoice in the well being that we all feel when we do what we know is good for us, and enjoy once we get our lazy butts moving!) The challenge runs from today till May 31st, our Spark Walk!!!!!
First Week till May 10th
15 min of cardio or 10 strength exercises = 5 points 8-10 cups water = 5 points 5 fruits/veggies = 5 points Staying within calorie range = 5 points Meditating or journaling each day = 5 points
Bonus for the week:
Play a game of Hopscotch=5 points
That gives you the possibility of 25 points each day, and a bonus of 5 points. I will up the challenge next week, so stay tuned!!!!!!
