You can find lots of healthy ideas for any long weekend get togethers you may be having. Even if you're not having people over, you can still plan a special meal.

Your Daily Challenge for Sunday August 31 (optional) is to make the last day of the month count. Make a point of really challenging yourself during your workout today. Increase the intensity, do an extra 5-10 minutes or try and exercise that you find difficult. This will be a great way to finish off the month!
