Your Daily Challenge (optional) is one we've done before, but an important one. Make sure that you get at least 8 glasses of water today. Making sure you drink enough water is essential to weight loss. The more hydrated you are, the more efficient your metabolism is. Ensuring that you're drinking enough water also helps prevent water retention which is often the reason behind those weird fluctuations on the scale. Water can also help fight those cravings since we're often really just thirsty when we think we're hungry. So drink up and stay hydrated!!
