Hi, i know about the cool-down part but exactly how do you do the warm up part of exerising?

Your Daily Challenge (optional) is to make sure that you do a proper warm up and cool down with your workout. Many people are guilty of skipping this part of their workout since they feel like it's a waste of time. A warm up and cool down helps ensure that your muscles stay injury free.
