Your Daily Challenge for Monday August 4 (optional) is to make a grocery list of your staple healthy items. Sometimes when you dash to the grocery store you forget to pick up the basic items that take the guesswork out of healthy eating, like lowfat dairy products, oatmeal, salad greens, tuna, and fresh fruits and veggies. These basic items can quickly be made into snacks or meals, so keep the list handy and add to it when you find another favorite.
