This is a simple way to measure fat distribution and determine whether your health is at risk. It will also give you a good idea about what body shape you are which sometimes explains why it seems to take longer for fat to come off certain areas of our bodies as we lose weight. After you've determined your ratio you can click on the link at the bottom of the page to find out more about what this number means.
