Yeah that sounds great. I don't know what's up with this team. For a month or two a lot of people will be active and then all of a sudden everyone gets quiet. Maybe more people will join in the challenge as it gets going.

Ok so I have already passed up our 100mins for this week... I walked for an hour and 20mins (80mins) with my hubby and kids yesterday morning and then I did 30mins on the eliptical last night... So I am already at 110mins...on the first day..So let me know how you are doing and we can tweek this to something higher...

Since our weeks on Sparkpeople start on Sunday.. I am tweaking our challenge to begin today, Sunday, Just because it will be easier to stay consistent with what we are entering in to keep track of our week! Sorry for any inconvenience
We are going to start off with a pretty easy team challenge of tracking our cardio minutes..This will be a 4 week challenge. Track your minutes through out the week and at the end of each week post on here your total cardio minutes. So we can see where everyone is at and if you need motivation let us know so we can help each other out with encouragement!
Week 1- Sun 8th to Sat 14th- Do 100 minutes of cardio (you can break it down to 20mins 5days/week)
Week 2- Sun 15th to Sat 21st - Do 150 minutes of cardio (30mins 5days/week or 25mins 6days/week)
Week 3- Sun 22nd to Sat 28th - Do 200 minutes of cardio (40mins 5days/week)
Week 4- Sun 1st to Sat 7th - Do 250 minutes of cardio (50mins 5day/week)
We are going to start off easy so we can get more people joining our challenge and our next challenge will be a little more challenging. I want to focus more on getting people involved and also get you into a habit of tracking your fitness activities which will be a good habit over all.
If most people end up easily going over the weekly minutes ill adjust our weekly goals so it can be more challenging for everyone.
You are welcome to join in any week..you don't necessarily need to start the 1st week, and if you get off track for a week don't worry about it just join back in!!
