Food for thought!

What's the difference between the "Fat burning zone" and the "Cardio Training Zone"... since we all want to burn FAT, should we really ONLY be working in the FAT BURNING ZONE of our HR???
...Unless you are completely NEW to exercise, the answer is probably NO!!!
