Take a look at my page and you will see how sick she looked in the Dukes of Hazzard movie. Im going to try and do the plan she was on for the next 3 months. From what I could get on the internet, the workout is about 45 mins of strength training (a lot of squats and lunges) and 30-45 on cardio on the treadmil.
They refer to the diet as the 'don't eat crap' diet. Lean proteins, vegetables, no sugar except for fruit. Cutting out sugar is going to be the hardest part I think!
