I am seriously having a problem with getting a workout routine in. This spring I was doing great! Working out like 5 days a week, feeling great and then I just fell out of routine... and now I have no motivation at all. I mean I want to because I want a great body, I want to feel better about myself, but how in the world do I get myself moving to get started? Between being cold in the mornings and just wanting to climb back into bed and being so stressed and tired in the evenings, I don't know how to get moving! Help!

I have a question for whoever can answer it. I have been training for a half marathon and instead of losing weight I have actually gained a few pounds. I run 3-4 times a week, lift weights 1 day, and rest 2 days. Ive been eating the same (1200-1400 calorie diet. What am I doing wrong?
I workout to a bunch of dvds and exercise on demand helps a lot as well. There is so much to choose from so I can mix it up. I either do 20min of high intensity cardio or 40min of low intensity. I like circuit training with weights. I'll also finish each workout with a dance dvd. Kind of my reward for working so hard.
Just wanted to see what everyone's workouts consist of. I go to a gym so I ususally like to do 20 minutes on one cardio machine, then I use some of the weight machines for lower body and free weights to work on my arms, then another 10 minutes of cardio.
After I watch the biggest loser I feel like i should be doing more.. like i should be close to passing out lol
