Here is where I will be posting the workouts.
Each workout I post shoud be performed for a matter of 4 weeks. And then I will post a new workout. You must keep your body guessing, so the workouts will be changing, and so will the intensity.
Here we go.
WEEKS 1-4 (STARTED 9/22; ENDS 9/19)
MORNING YOGA/PILATES: 30-40 MINUTES
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY:
STRENGTH TRAIN LEGS
-Stiff Legged Deadlift
-Laying Leg Press
CARDIO: 30-60 MINUTES OF MEDIUM/HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO
STRENGTH TRAIN ARMS:
-Overhead DB Press
-DB Bent Over Row
-DB Lying Press
-BB Upright Row
-Seated Hammer Curls
CARDIO: 30-40 MINUTES HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING.
SATURDAY & SUNDAY:
ANY FORM OF CARDIO! JUST GET MOVING!
