yes am interested...we have a new puppy and i have been walking him to get the edge off his energy levels...think we did almost 4 miles today...a mile at a time...he's mellow and i am too
The longer it takes it to come off the longer it will stay off!

I plan to start & participate in a pedomenter / walking challenge in another team and thought I'd post my progress here in this team too. If anyone is interested to walk along with me, just reply here to let me know. I think we're going for who walks the most steps each week & month.
I'll let you know when it begins...likely this coming Sunday or Monday.
