well add an additional 60 miles thru may 6th and 3miles 5/9 : )

The longer it takes it to come off the longer it will stay off!

The longer you keep it off the harder it is to put it back on!

thanks...i think that for today we can say 18miles : )

think we'll be in much better shape when we got home!

The longer it takes it to come off the longer it will stay off!

The longer you keep it off the harder it is to put it back on!

we have been in croatia 7 days now...have been averaging at least 10miles/day.

The longer it takes it to come off the longer it will stay off!

thanks...leaving sat for croatia...mother-in-law had stroke...will be doing lots of walking but need to remember to bring pedometer : )

yes am interested...we have a new puppy and i have been walking him to get the edge off his energy levels...think we did almost 4 miles today...a mile at a time...he's mellow and i am too emoticon

I plan to start & participate in a pedomenter / walking challenge in another team and thought I'd post my progress here in this team too. If anyone is interested to walk along with me, just reply here to let me know. I think we're going for who walks the most steps each week & month.

I'll let you know when it begins...likely this coming Sunday or Monday.

Any interest?
