Hi - I'm going to try again to do at least one SP ball or band demo/video each day in addition to whatever other workout I do.

I started this yesterday & did 2 sets, 12 reps of Crunches on Ball. Guess it's about time for me to go pick something to do today.

Just thought I'd track here to help keep me accountable. Even though this is a pretty simple thing to do, I fall out of my routines if I don't keep tabs on what I'm doing.

Anyone care to join me?
