Slow Cooker Cabbage and Beef Tenderloin
Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)
Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Red Wine Vinegar, 4 tbsp
*Pacific Natural Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Stock, 1 cup
*Dry mustard or Mustard Powder, .5 tsp
*Lawry's seasoned salt, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 2 tbsp
Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
put your seasonings in the bottom of the crock pot
add diced raw, tenderloin, chopped onion, chopped cabbage, red wine vinegar and chicken stock to crock pot.
add water until the liquid covers the solid ingredients.
cook on high for 2 hrs, then turn to low for the remainder of time.
cook until meat and cabbage are the desired tenderness.
