This sounds like a great recipe. I will have to give it a try (I'd do it tonight but have to wait until next payday to buy the sour cream. Shucks and I just went to the store yesterday and spent all my grocery money.
2 lbs. Ground beef, browned and drained 1 teaspoon pepper 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce 2 cups mashed potato flakes 1 small onion, chopped 1 1/2 cup sour cream 2 cloves garlic, minced 2/3 cup water 1pkg. (10 oz) frozen mixed vegetables 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 teaspoon salt
Combine first seven ingredients. Pour into stonware. Combine potato flakes, sour cream and water. Spread over beef mixture. Cover; cook on LOW for 8 hrs. (HIGH for 4 hrs). Sprinkl with chees 30 minutes before serving
Be anxious for nothing, but in prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your request be known to God Philippian 4:6
