I'm making some thick pork chops in mine tomorrow. How big is your pork leg roast? I think it may be too big to put in the slow cooker unless you cut it into smaller pieces. You might look on line for instructions. A roaster in a slow (325) oven might be a better option for a large piece of pork.
Can anyone share their? I have a pork leg roast that I'd love to make for tonight. Thanks.
