Check with a Phsyiotherapist preferably, or your Dr to see if those exercises are suitable for you because everyone is an individual and odds are that is something else going on with your body which needs to be taken into consideration. i.e. - I have arthritis of the spine and hips so there are some exercises which are strongly recommended for it, BUT I also have scoliosis so that means that SOME of those exercises could actually do me some damage!
Hey there I pulled out an old skool vhs tape I found at a second hand shop: Denise Austin anti aging cardio dance workout. My arthritis has been getting worse and right now my knee really shot so I found I could do this. I recommend it because there is 20 min of cardio and then toning and stretching all for about 45 min. Granted it was a bit dated and reminds me of Richard Simmons with the baby boomer music and live band BUT it is a great complete total body workout!
