For me I find that drinking a lot of water and exercising daily works for me. I hope this helps.

The only thing that helps me is a product called H2GO, which is safe to take daily, that & my diet of eating lots of fruits & vegetables & taking daily flax & chia seeds...
Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels.
This is a hard subject to tackle... So I'm just being blunt. What does help? Over the counter stuff isn't working except for the stimulants. I don't want to get addicted to those.
