I fully .understand the "some food" struggle. It is, unfortunately a no answer question. Everyone is so different, as well as their symptoms unique. If you find your triggers, and can stay away from them, be thankful. My main trigger is stress related rather than food intake. However, I do try to stay away from greasy foods and too many raw veggies. (Cooked is so much easier on the system). I hope you have success in your journey, it truly can be a very rocky one!!!! emoticon

Most of the items that you mentioned also get me in the bathroom. But other days it doesn't bother me. So hard to figure out IBS.

I totally understand...have been there and done that. Thank goodness I have my IBS controlled now. I don't miss those days! :)

I hear ya EBON...it's the same for me..except some days I'm good on the same food and other days I'm sitting on the toilet forever...I choose my home bathroom too.

Well, for me I get the runs. Dairy, chocolate, coffee, greasy food, most junk foods, garlic, bell peppers, cilantro/coriander are a few examples. It is getting to a point where eating out is not an option. Food is plain and boring. Oh well, at least at home the bathroom is right there. lol

Slow and steady wins the race.
