I fully .understand the "some food" struggle. It is, unfortunately a no answer question. Everyone is so different, as well as their symptoms unique. If you find your triggers, and can stay away from them, be thankful. My main trigger is stress related rather than food intake. However, I do try to stay away from greasy foods and too many raw veggies. (Cooked is so much easier on the system). I hope you have success in your journey, it truly can be a very rocky one!!!!

Well, for me I get the runs. Dairy, chocolate, coffee, greasy food, most junk foods, garlic, bell peppers, cilantro/coriander are a few examples. It is getting to a point where eating out is not an option. Food is plain and boring. Oh well, at least at home the bathroom is right there. lol
