Yes, today is what is called a DD because I drink 3 protein shakes and then I can have a piece of fruit and veggies but calories for me cannot go over 530 for the day. That is not alot but see tomorrow I can eat. On the days that you are not really eating you feel so good and my IBS has been in check since starting this program.

It is actually the full name is Johnson UP Day Down Day Diet. Here is the website address http://www.johnsonupdaydowndaydiet.com/
You fast every other day, but you can have protein shakes or any food that is does not exceed 500 calories for your total intake on your fasting days. You eat what you want to satisfaction not fullness on alternative days. I just started it but I feel great.

What are the diets you mentioned I googled both but they didn't come up. I am fasting too and doing some protien and fresh fruit that's it. My wedding is in three weeks. But I want to lose even more after the wedding. My fiance is hoping to lose 30pds too.

I finsihed my first day of the Alnating Diet also called JUDD and yesterday I fasted all day.
Well I drank protein shakes and water and that was it. Today I can eat.
I am really surprised IBS is under control I have a lot of energy today and still do not feel like eating food.
