I too love podcasts. I find them extremely motivating - I find myself walking more just to finish the podcast. I love NPR's Wait, Wait Don't Tell me, This American Life, Science Friday and I also really enjoy the podcasts Filmspotting, The Moth, and Stuff You Should Know. However, if I am running, or using the eliptical or the rowing machine I love fast paced music. I really love fast paced celtic music these days.
"Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle" -Plato
"I never look back, detracts from the now." Edna Mole - "The Incredibles"
October: "Being overweight is hard, losing weight is hard, maintaining a healthy weight is hard. Choose your hard."
Vince Lombardi: "We would accomplish many more things if we did not think of them as impossible."
Stephen Dolley "A man who wants something will find a way; a man who doesn't will find an excuse"
I like to download podcasts. Music can be very motivating but the spoken word can be so informational. But whatever you listen to as long as it keeps you moving it is a good thing!

I listen to the Bee Gees. That is dating me, but it makes me move.
Sorry, I listen to messages on my IPOD. Good messages from Worldnetdaily.com. and OliveTreeviews.org
MY NEW saying: (borrowed from Delila)
"If you want to do something, you'll find a way, if you don't, you'll find an excuse."
Some that I have found are:
PODRUNNER: INTERVALS -- Workout music for tempo-based exercise
Got these from a friend so I don't know how good they are personally. Let me know what you think.

I've been checking out the free Podcasts that have beat per minute (BPM). Have found nice mixes with both Podrunner Workout Music and WorkoutMusic.com
Interested in other good sources for workout music, especially BPM as this helps move me along and even ratchet up the pace from time to time.
