Any one interested in trying the 200 sit up challenge. This is put on by the same program that did the push up challenge. The push up challenge was brutal and I am not sure this will be any better but I am willing to give it a try if there are others that want to as well.
If we do it this time, I will not be posting the weekly schedule. You will need to go to the website to get your schedule. Here is the link you will need: www.twohundredsitups.com/
I will make a sit up logger for you to log your sit ups like I did before. Here is the link you can go to log your success! spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0Al_OnZbhl
If you want to join, just add your name and fill in the chart (see mine for example). Let me know if you have any questions!

"I'm a running contradiction....I am a runner and I am lazy. I know that running allows me to enjoy my down time to a greater level. I am a runner first, lazy second. For me, these aren't mutually exclusive terms. Without one, I couldn't enjoy the other."
Thank you so much Bob Schwartz (I Run, Therefore I Am- Nuts!) for this lovely, funny insight into my life.
