Yes it's true, between job hunting, preparing to move, and having no internet or intermittent internet, I've been away from SP.
But the good news is, I've been collecting some really good BBQ Chicken recipes. Each is posted here because of a different attribute.
I cook a large crockpot full once, usually chicken leg quarters when they go on sale, and serve whole chicken pieces on the bone for a couple dinners a few days apart, like Mon dinner, Tues lunch, and Fri dinner. I debone and shred the rest, serving it again and again as other things, bagging it up in the freezer for future use.

You can also use your favorite or homemade rub on leg quarters or other pieces, put 3 balls of wadded up foil (or ramekins etc) in the bottom of the crockpot, and rest the rubbed pieces on top.
