Hello! I am replying to tell you about a new Sparkteam I have started called Chores R Us!!!!! I am excited about it as chores really do give you a workout, whether it be cardio, strength training, etc.
I only have one member so far and she is great! We are getting onto all of our teams asking everyone to join.
