God isn't finished with putting the snow where he wants it. I will wait til he is finished to shovel.

My goal for this winter and for the year is exercise.
I go to the gym downtown three times a week now.
And thanks to Christmas presents and Christmas money I have several things in my basement to help exercise at home.
And NO THANKS to Mother Nature I am getting lots of exercise shoveling snow!!! LOL

Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be cumbered with your old nonsense.

After taking WAY too much time off (I was going great - still trying to figure out why I lost all motivation...) I'm getting started back in again. Going to try to get to the gym at least 3X/week to run on the treadmill since it's too cold outside now! Debating about the bootcamp. At least this year I do own a stability ball. Couldn't do much of it last year! My other winter goals are to get some more of the house decluttered. If my in-laws ever find another place to live, I want to get my craft room back and useable for crafting. Finish shelves, build in the work table and desk, finish out the windows...

I'm renewing my gym membership and will start running again next week. I'm also getting fired up to start back with my strength-training classes and yoga practice.

Keep us posted about the bike.

I wish I lived in an area where I can't ride a bike. We live in the country and our road has gotten pretty busy - not safe enough to be riding a bike on these days. I have to be content with riding my stationary bike.

Have a GREAT Sunday, Team.

Sunny

I just joined a gym a couple of weeks ago.
This is something new for me. But at 65 and arthritis trying to control me I am learning to exercise more.
So I plan to go to the gym 3 days a week and take walks in my neighborhood or on my treadmill the other 2 days a week.
(I take the weekends off!)

I set goals for myself each month to help keep me focused on my over all health.
This month my goals are as follows:

1. Walk with Leslie Sonsone every day at least three miles.
2. Wii Fit Plus three days a week. M-W-F
3. My Fitness Coach for the Wii two days T-Th.
4 Weight training with free weights three times per week. M-W-F.

So what does everyone else like to do to keep your body moving?
