I HAVE ALWAYS WONDERED WHAT EVERYONE HAS SET ON THEIR NUTRITION TRACKER AND IF YOU STAY WITHIN THE CALORIES LISTED THERE.
Sparks has mine set at 1250-1500.
I changed it to read 1200-1250 because if given the higher number I will tend to eat until I reach the number not because I am hungry it is just because I can!!
Does that make any sense?
So I changed mine to be at the lower end of the range and I feel a lot better at the end of the day knowing if I stay in this range I am staying within the guidelines and not go over.
